Description

Pale yellow colour with greenish hues. Sweet aromaw of fresh fruits such as citrus, apricot, quince, pear but also notes of almond. Velvety texture, excellent acidity, and fruity aftertaste. It is suggested with a great variety of food such as poultry, fish, seafood & pasta with light sauces.
