Monovarietal, Muscat of Spina with a special aromatic richness. It is balanced in the mouth with a persistent aftertaste. Vinified with the 'Pre-fermentative Extraction' method followed by fermentation at low temperature. It accompanies excellent Greek cuisine, oven dishes and white meats.
