Description

Produced by bleeding at 4 degrees Celsius for 10 hours and then we follow the white classic vinification. It matures in oak barrels for 6 months and remains in the bottle for another 6 months. Aromas of strawberry and cherry jam, vanilla, nuts that create complexity and depth.
Sturdy body with balance and great aftertaste.
