Description

Limited skin maceration of the indigenous grape variety Liatiko for 2-3 hours, before controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Light pink colour, aromas of strawberry, sour cherry and ripe cherries, with spicy notes.
Balanced, rich and aromatic mouthfeel with a long aftertaste.
